Amaroo Village

Every two years Amaroo puts on the Amaroo 1000, a gopher race, to celebrate the vibrancy and participation by those who rely on their “gophers”, as well as all members of the senior’s community and their families. The race course will be surrounded by market stalls selling a range of homemade items, crafts and produce, plants, and food and drinks. Maybe you’ll be a winner in one of the raffles. Bring the kids too for lots of fun-time activities.
