Mindspot - WA

A free, web-based service, Mindspot is designed to help people with high prevalence mental health conditions such as anxiety and depression. The service offers cognitive behavioural therapy with health professionals either online or by telephone. People can access the service without a doctor's referral from the comfort of their home in their own time. The MindSpot Clinic does not provide an emergency or instant response service.
