Liverpool Plains Community

Liverpool Plains Council has an approximate area of 5,100 km².

It is comprised of the suburbs of Ardglen, Big Jacks Creek, Borambil, Braefield, Chilcotts Creek, Colly Blue, Little Jacks Creek, Macdonalds Creek, Warrah and Yarraman.

It is comprised of the localities of Blackville, Bundella, Cattle Creek, Coomoo Coomoo, Currabubula, Parraweena, Pine Ridge, Quipolly, Quirindi, Wallabadah, Warrah Creek, Warrah Ridge, Werris Creek, Willow Tree, Windy and Yannergee plus parts of Caroona, Gowrie, Piallaway, Premer, Spring Ridge and Tambar Springs.

It is surrounded by the councils of Gunnedah, Tamworth Regional, Upper Hunter Shire and Warrumbungle Shire.

It is comprised of parts of the state electorates of Tamworth and Upper Hunter.

It is within the federal electorate of New England.
