North Burnett Community

North Burnett Council has an approximate area of 20,000 km².

It is comprised of 55 suburbs including Abercorn, Ban Ban Springs, Barlyne, Binjour, Bon Accord, Boynewood, Bukali, Byrnestown, Campbell Creek, Cannindah, Cattle Creek, Ceratodus, Coalstoun Lakes, Cynthia, Deep Creek, Degilbo, Dirnbir, Dundarrah, Gayndah, Ginoondan, Glenleigh, Glenrae, Gooroolba, Grosvenor and Gurgeena.

It is comprised of 40 localities including Aranbanga, Ban Ban, Bancroft, Beeron, Biggenden, Blairmore, Branch Creek, Brovinia, Cania, Cheltenham, Coominglah, Coominglah Forest, Coonambula, Coringa, Dallarnil, Derri Derra, Didcot, Dykehead, Eidsvold, Eidsvold East, Eidsvold West, Golden Fleece, Harrami, Hawkwood and Mingo plus parts of another 2 localities.

It is surrounded by the councils of Banana Shire, Bundaberg, Fraser Coast, Gladstone, Gympie, South Burnett and Western Downs.

It is within the state electorate of Callide.

It is within the federal electorate of Flynn.
