Mallee Community

The federal electorate of Mallee has an approximate area of 74,000 km².

It is comprised of 234 suburbs including Albacutya, Appin, Arapiles, Areegra, Aubrey, Avon Plains, Bael Bael, Ballapur, Banyan, Banyena, Barrakee, Beazleys Bridge, Bellellen, Benjeroop, Beverford, Bimbourie, Birchip, Birchip West, Birdwoodton, Blackheath, Boigbeat, Bolangum, Boolite, Bringalbert and Budgerum East plus parts of another 29 suburbs.

It is comprised of 160 localities including Annuello, Antwerp, Apsley, Bangerang, Bannerton, Beauchamp, Benayeo, Berriwillock, Beulah, Big Desert, Boinka, Bolton, Boundary Bend, Brim, Brimpaen, Broughton, Callawadda, Cannum, Carina, Carwarp, Charam, Charlton, Chinkapook, Clear Lake and Cohuna plus parts of another 12 localities.

It is comprised of the councils of Buloke Shire, Gannawarra Shire, Hindmarsh Shire, Horsham, Mildura Rural City, Northern Grampians Shire, Swan Hill Rural City, West Wimmera Shire and Yarriambiack Shire.

It is comprised of the state electorate of Mildura plus parts of Lowan, Murray Plains and Ripon.

It is surrounded by the federal electorates of Barker, Farrer, Murray and Wannon.
