Hammond Community

The state electorate of Hammond has an approximate area of 6,300 km².

It is comprised of 55 suburbs including Angas Plains, Ashville, Avoca Dell, Bolto, Chapman Bore, Clayton Bay, Cowirra, Elwomple, Five Miles, Frahns, Gifford Hill, Goolwa Beach, Goolwa North, Goolwa South, Greenbanks, Hindmarsh Island, Jervois, Julanka Holdings, Kepa, Lake Plains, Long Flat, Milang, Monteith, Mulgundawa and Mundoo Island plus parts of another 7 suburbs.

It is comprised of the localities of Alexandrina, Brinkley, Burdett, Cooke Plains, Coolinong, Coomandook, Ettrick, Ki Ki, Kirkpatrick, Langhorne Creek, Livingston, Malcolm, Malinong, Moorlands, Netherton, Peake, Roby, Seymour, Sherlock, Tailem Bend, Younghusband and Yumali plus parts of 15 localities including Bonney, Bowhill, Bremer, Carcuma and Coonalpyn.

It is comprised of parts of the councils of Alexandrina, Coorong District, Mid Murray and The Rural City Of Murray Bridge.

It is surrounded by the state electorates of Chaffey, Finniss, Heysen, Kavel, Mackillop and Schubert.

It is comprised of parts of the federal electorates of Barker and Mayo.
