About Us
Our community care teams provide mental health assessment and treatment services to people who are affected by mental illness including:
- Depression
- Anxiety Disorders
- Schizophrenia and other Psychosis
- Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder
- Eating Disorders
- Bipolar Mood Disorder
- Situational crises
We also provide support to their family or significant others and carers. We have teams that specialise in child and youth mental health (people under 18 years of age) and older persons mental health (generally over 65 years of age).

You can access this service by contacting us. You can also be referred by:
- family members or friends
- GPs and health professionals
- other government or non-government services
Contact your local mental health team during business hours (Monday - Friday 8.30am - 4.30pm) to make a referral.
