About Us
Mental Health, Wellbeing Disability and Aged Care Supports.
Mental Health:
A visiting mental health professional can assist people who are experiencing mild to moderate psychological, mental health and/or emotional concerns. Service are provided for children from five years of age, to elderly and frail aged. Focused psychological strategies are utilised to address concerns. Face to face, telephone/telehealth services are available. A GP referral is required in most instances, (except for child and youth services).
Wellbeing:
Two local staff members work full time to provide a range of supports, including:
- Family Mental Health support - working with children and young people, providing emotional, psycho-social and case management support.
- NDIS support.
- Carer Support
Disability Supports:
NDIS services include home and community care, support co-ordination, transport, cleaning, social support.
Aged Care Services:
Home care support, cleaning, transport.
Home and Community Support
Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP), and Home Care Package Program. Queensland Community Support Sch
