Community Bridges Target Group: Unemployed, Singles,

• Community Bridges provides support to those transitioning out of the prison system and helping them to break the cycle of re-offending. Community Bridges are a volunteer group of support workers who try to help with post release issues such as housing, parole, etc. At the moment the service is restricted to Arthur Gorrie Remand Center in Wacol and Males only. Even though we deal with clients who have mental health issues it is not our main focus. We try to provide a holistic approach to helping these men break the recidivism cycle.
