Gailes Community Care Unit

A Community Care Unit (CCU) provides 24 hour, 7 days a week care. It is an extended accommodation, treatment, and rehabilitation service.

Gailes CCU provides an individualised recovery-oriented service in a residential setting. Within this community, residents with a mental illness can learn new skills, create social links and learn to manage their mental and physical health in a supported environment with other people who have had similar experiences.

The CCU is not intended as permanent accommodation, but as a place you stay during the journey of recovery and transition into the community.
