headspace Work & Study Inala

headspace work & study Inala is a free service for young people aged between 15 and 25.

We aim to help young people get where they want to go!

Based at headspace Inala specialist vocational specialists work with young people at the centre and in the community by assisting them with employment, study options, building their confidence and prioritising their wellbeing.

We help young people aged 15-25 with:

• Looking for and applying for jobs
• Writing a resume and cover letter
• Preparing for a job interview
• Exploring your study options
• Enrolling in study
• Navigating community support services such as the Centrelink system
• Understanding your workplace rights
• Transitioning into a new job or course
• Balancing your mental health and wellbeing with work or study

 The support we provide doesn't end when a young person achieves their goals, we continue to provide support and guidance for as long as it is needed.

We also work closely with local businesses and organisations as recommended employers for our young people to help support our local community!
