Continence Nurse

This service specialises in education, health promotion and group programs for clients, carers and the community who are experiencing bladder and bowel weakness. The service is available within the south west health service district and can include assessment and referral to subsidy schemes for assistance with protective undergarments and aids. Self referrals are accepted or from health professionals, carers or family members.
