School-based Health Nurse

School Based Youth Health Nurses work in Queensland state secondary schools. They provide a wide range of health and wellbeing services to young people. They also work with the school community, including parents and teachers to develop a healthy school environment. School Based Youth Health Nurses also look to connect young people and their families with any support services they need.
