Telstra Disability Services Centre offers a free advisory service for persons who have difficulty using their telephone, such as difficulties hearing the telephone ring, hearing the caller, holding the receiver, voice projection or reading the dial. A wide variety of specially designed telephone products are available including a telephone that amplifies the incoming callers voice, a flashing light that indicates when it is ringing or a hands free telephone.
