About Us

The Brave Foundation is a national not-for-profit which supports expecting and parenting young people. Our innovative mentor program, Supporting Expecting & Parenting Teens, provides mentoring support and connects young parents to services and resources they need to facilitate happy, healthy and connected families. The mentor program is generally available for 12 months for young people aged up to 25 who had their first child during their teen years.
