Chorus Kitchen

Community First Healthy Meals are available to customers living in the following areas:

• City of Cockburn
• City of Melville
• City of Fremantle
• City of Kwinana
• City of Rockingham
• City of Gosnells
• City of Canning
• South Perth

Meals are cooked fresh and snap frozen in our commercial kitchen by trained chefs.  Meals are delivered Tuesday to Friday between 9am and 12pm.  Some areas have may have limited delivery days.  A vegetarian menu is also available as well as texture modified meals (IDDSI 5, 6 and 7).

Customers may be eligible for a reduction in fees if eligible for funding under the CHSP, HCP and NDIS programs.
