Indi Community

The federal electorate of Indi has an approximate area of 29,000 km².

It is comprised of 207 suburbs including Acheron, Alexandra, Allans Flat, Almonds, Ancona, Archerton, Bandiana, Baranduda, Barjarg, Barnawartha, Barnawartha North, Barwidgee, Bellbridge, Berringama, Bethanga, Bobinawarrah, Bogong, Bonegilla, Boorhaman, Boorhaman East, Boorhaman North, Boorolite, Boralma, Boweya and Boweya North plus parts of another 17 suburbs.

It is comprised of 59 localities including Abbeyard, Barwite, Beechworth, Benalla, Biggara, Bonnie Doon, Bridge Creek, Bright, Buckland, Burrowye, Carboor, Cheshunt, Chiltern, Cudgewa, Dandongadale, Edi Upper, Eildon, Eskdale, Falls Creek, Gaffneys Creek, Glenburn, Guys Forest, Hotham Heights, Indigo Valley and Jamieson plus parts of another 15 localities.

It is comprised of the councils of Alpine Shire, Benalla Rural City, Falls Creek Alpine Resort, Indigo Shire, Lake Mountain Alpine Resort, Mansfield Shire, Mount Buller Alpine Resort, Mount Hotham Alpine Resort, Mount Stirling Alpine Resort, Murrindindi Shire, Towong Shire, Wangaratta Rural City and Wodonga City plus parts of Moira Shire.

It is comprised of the state electorate of Benambra plus parts of Eildon, Euroa and Ovens Valley.

It is surrounded by the federal electorates of Casey, Eden-monaro, Farrer, Gippsland, Mcewen, Mcmillan and Murray.
